1. Disclaimer

    The creator of Rapid RTS is not responsible for any effects that Rapid RTS may have on your system.  It has been
    fully tested and not problems have been found yet, but they can still occur.

2. System Requirements

    Duke Nukem 3D (has only been tested with v1.3)
    Rtsmaker.exe
    386 CPU

3. How to make an RTS file with Rapid RTS

    First you must make sure that rapid_rts.exe, rtsmaker.exe, and the 10 sound files that you are wanting to use
    are all in the same directory.  All you do after you have everything listed above in the same directory is run
    rapid_rts.exe and fill in the rts file name and the sound file names.  Make sure that you include the extension
    or Rapid RTS may not work properly.
